I have recently seen Nikon have released a couple of lenses that maybe of interest to the keen amateur/pro who own full frame cameras. The first one is a 'mega zoom', 28-300mm F3.5-5.6 VR ED, this looks like a great one lens solution for holidays and travelling. The quality promised to be pretty good and it also has the new VR system which will really help if shooting hand held. If you only want to carry one lens this could be the one for you. Cost for this will be around £850 but you may find it cheaper shopping around.
The second is a lens that cannon have had for a long time and is very popular, that's right Nikon has finally released a 24-120 F4 lens that is on sale now and promises to be a cracking unit. It is on sale now I believe and is around £1050, this is one to watch as I personally think it is going to be a great performer.
